Naiste Balti liiga on Balti riikide naiste võrkpalli liiga. Liiga asutati 2007^[1] ja selle eeskujuks oli korvpalliliiga Baltic Basketball League.

Hooajal 2017/18 mängib liigas 10 võistkonda: 4 Eestist, 3 Lätist ja 3 Leedust.^[2]
