Veneetsia komisjon (ametlikult Euroopa Nõukogu komisjon "Demokraatia õiguse kaudu") on riigiõiguse asjatundjatest koosnev Euroopa Nõukogu nõuandev organ.[1] Komisjon loodi aastal 1990, pärast Berliini müüri lammutamist, kui Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa riigid vajasid kiiret riigiõiguse alast nõustamist. Oktoobris 2021 valis Justiitsministeerium Veneetsia komisjoni Eesti esindajaks Lauri Mälksoo.
