"Stand and Sing of Zambia, Proud and Free" ('Tõuse ja laula Sambiast, uhke ja vabana'), bemba keeles "Lumbanyeni Zambia" on Sambia riigihümn . Hümn võeti kasutusele pärast riigi iseseisvumist 1964 . aastal.
Hümni viisina on kasutusel Lõuna-Aafrika Vabariigi helilooja Enoch Sontonga 1897 . aastal loodud hümni "Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika" ("God Bless Africa") meloodia. Sõnad loodi Sambia iseseisvumise ajal.
