"Sherlock Holmesi memuaarid" (inglise keeles The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes) on üheteistkümnest Arthur Conan Doyle'i jutustustest koosnev kogumik, milles uurivad ja lahendavad erinevaid juhtumeid detektiiv Sherlock Holmes ja doktor Watson.

Esimene kogumik "Sherlock Holmesi memuaarid" avaldati Inglismaal 13. detsembril 1893 George Newnes Ltd. kirjastuse poolt. Ameerika Ühendriikides ilmus kogumik 1894 aastal. Briti kogumikesse on lisatud jutustus "Pappkarbi mõistatus" (The Adventure of the Cardboard Box, 1893). Ameerika kirjastused paigutavad selle loo kogumikku "Viimane kummardus" (His Last Bow). Eestikeelsetes väljaannetes on järgitud Ameerika kirjastusi.
