Martin Cooper, tuntud ka kui Marty Cooper (sündinud 26. detsembril 1928 Chicagos) on Ameerika insener ja leidur. Tal on traadita side valdkonnas 11 patenti.[1][2] 1973. aasta 3. aprillil tegi ta New Yorgis mobiiltelefoniga esimese kõne.[3]
