Mutated Forms on Eestist pärit drum and bass'i trio.
Ansambli lõid Aleksandr Jeldsyshev (Zub) ja Artjom Vlassov (G-ruff), kellega aastal 2004 ühines kolmas liige, Alex Habarov. Nende looming oli algusaastatel enamuses jump up stiilis, kuid see on varieerunud ning viimati jõudnud kommerts- ja meloodilise drum and bass'i ridadesse.
Nende edu tantsumuusikamaastikul algas aastal 2006, kui Suurbritannia plaadifirma Formation Records DJ SS nende loo "My Feeling" oma kogumikule "The World of Drum & Bass" lisas. Edaspidine looming erinevate plaadifirmadega viis koostööni Grid Recordingsiga.[1]
Aastal 2009 võitis Mutated Forms Raadio 2 korraldataval DNB Parimate auhindade jagamisel järgmised kategooriad: parim eesti lugu – "Glory Days (Never Again)", parim eesti produtsent ja aasta DJ. [2]
Mutated Forms on koostööd teinud selliste artistidega nagu Netsky, Jenna G ja remiksinud drum and bass'i legendi London Elektricity loo.
