Grove Karl Gilbert

Grove Karl Gilbert (6. mai 1843 – 1. mai 1918) oli ameerika geoloog.
Ta sai tuntuks oma teedrajavate töödega eriti geomorfoloogia vallas.
G. K. Gilbert võttis kasutusele epeirogeneesi mõiste,[1] vastandades seda orogeneesile.
