Ashay Dharwadker (sündinud 1. jaanuaril 1967 New Delhis) on Eestiga seotud india matemaatik. Tegeleb algebra, topoloogia, graafiteooria, arvutiteaduse ja füüsika aluste uurimisega.

Teadustööst [muuda]
Erilist tähelepanu on pälvinud tema neljavärviprobleemi kaasaegne, algebralistele ja topoloogilistele meetoditele rajatud tõestus [1], mis nö vahetab välja omaaegse K. Appeli ja W. Hakeni kurioosse tõestuse [2]. Ashay Dharwadkeri jt monograafia graafiteooriast on omataoliste seas üks põhjalikumaid [3]. On avaldanud tõid nii fundamentaaluuringute kui ka rakenduste vallas [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12].
Matemaatikainstituut [muuda]
Koostöös Euroakadeemiaga (Tallinn) moodustas 2009. a. Matemaatikainstituudi (Institute of Mathematics, Gurgaon) mis tegeleb nii uurimis- kui ka õppetööga ning publitseerib uurimistulemusi. Eestipoolne osalus selles hõlmab graafiteooria ja struktuurisemiootikaga seotut [13]. On Baltic Horizons’i toimetuskolleegiumi välisliige. Ashay Dharwadker on Euroakadeemia juures asuva iseseisva uurimisrühma SERR juhatuse liige.
