Questions regarding CM 5508 harddisk drive manufacturer

Hi! Over at en:Talk:List of defunct hard disk manufacturers#Bulgarian ISOT / ЦЗОМ harddisk drive we are wondering about the manufacturer of the CM 5508 harddisk drive mentioned in this article, apparently a Bulgarian company named ISOT and/or ЦЗОМ.
