Richard John Bingham (18. detsember 1934 – ...), tuntud kui Lord Lucan (aprill 1949 kuni jaanuar 1964), oli Briti peer, Lucani VII peer ja kahtlusalune mõrvas.

Väidetavalt kaaluti teda James Bondi osatäitjaks.

Lord jäi teadmata kadunuks 1974. aastal ning tunnistati surnuks 1999. aastal. Tema ametlik surmatunnistus väljastati 2016. aasta 3. veebruaril, misjärel tema ainus poeg George Charles sai ametlikult Lucani VIII peeriks.
