„List je rozdělen na šest čtvercových polí, střídavě modrých a bílých. V horním žerďovém modrém poli bílý kapr a štika hlavami vzhůru a břichy k sobě. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.“[1]

“The flag is divided into six square fields, alternately blue and white. In the upper left corner a white carp and a pike with their heads up and their bellies together. The ratio of the width to the length of the sheet is 2:3.'”
