Русский: 3 февраля 1919 года принята Конституция ССРБ. Согласно Конституции "Торговый и военный флаг ССРБ состоит из полотнища красного (алого) цвета, в леком углу которого, у древка наверху, помещены золотые буквы С.С.Р.Б. или надпись "Социалистическая Советская Республика Белоруссии".

Допускается литерное обозначение номинальной стоимости почтовой марки;

Comment – According to interstate and international compacts the Republic of Belarus is the legal successor of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, therefore this license tag is also applicable to official symbols and formal documents of the Byelorussian SSR.
