«Флаг муниципального образования „Лоймольское сельское поселение“ представляет собой прямоугольное с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования, выполненная в зелёном, голубом и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба: «В рассечённом зелёном и лазоревом поле два кантеле, положенные в пониженное опрокинутое стропило, над которым расположена пятиконечная звезда, а во главе щита — ветвь ольхи с двумя листами по сторонам и пятью шишками посередине вниз; все фигуры золотые».
