Hi there! I don't speak estonian, but I doubt that "Русский уезд" is "Vene maakond". It is named after it center, city of Rusa, currently Staraja_Russa. It should be "Rusi maakond" or something in Estonian, unless it's a historically established name. Mask~ruwiki (arutelu)
