Marsi koloniseerimine

Marsi koloniseerimine on kavandatud protsess inimasustuse rajamiseks Marsi planeedile.[1] Enamik koloniseerimiskontseptsioone keskendub asustamisele, kuid koloniseerimine on laiem eetiline mõiste,[2] mida rahvusvaheline kosmoseõigus on piiranud,[3] ja riiklikud kosmoseprogrammid on vältinud,[4] keskendudes selle asemel inimeste missioonile Marsile planeedi uurimiseks. Marsi asustamine eeldaks inimeste rännet planeedile, püsiva inimeste kohaloleku loomist ja kohalike ressursside ärakasutamist.
