Флаг представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище, состоящее из двух равновеликих горизонтальных полос: красного (вверху) и чёрного цветов, в центре которого фигура жёлтого цвета в виде косого, сверху гаммированного вниз, а внизу — в обе стороны креста, выше которого между сторонами креста ромб жёлтого цвета; в крыже — контур прямого равноконечного вырубного креста белого цвета
