Howard Hunt Pattee (sündinud 1926) on ameerika biofüüsik, bioloogiateoreetik ja biosemiootik.
Ta on uurinud muu hulgas tähenduse ilmumise tingimusi ja mõõtmisprotsessi semiootikat.
