Howard Andrew Williams (3. detsember 1927 Wall Lake, Iowa – 25. september 2012 Branson, Missouri osariik) oli Ameerika Ühendriikide poplaulja.

Williams alustas soolokarjääri 1950. aastatel. 1955. aastal sõlmis ta lepingu plaadifirmaga Cadence Records. Tema esimene ja ainus esikohahitt USA-s oli "Butterfly" (1957). Alates 1961. aastast kuulus ta Columbia Recordsi alla. Williamsi tuntumate laulude hulka kuuluvad muuhulgas "Moon River" (filmist "Hommikusöök Tiffany juures", kus seda esitas Audrey Hepburn), "(Where Do I Begin?) Love Story" (filmist "Armastuse lugu") ja "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year".

Aastatel 1962–1971 juhtis ta telesaadet "The Andy Williams Show", kus astusid üles paljud meelelahutajad. Telesaade pälvis kolm Emmy auhinda.
