Premier League'i hooaeg 2012–2013 on Inglismaa Premier League'i 21. hooaeg. Hooaeg algas 18. augustil 2012 ja lõpeb 19. mail 2013. Manchester City on tiitlit kaitsev meister.
Liiga hooajal osaleb 20 meeskonda: 17 klubi eelmisest hooajast ja kolm klubi Inglismaa jalgpalli esiliigast, mis kindlustasid endale edasipääsu kõrgliigasse.
